CD Wow sues IRMA

SUNDAY TIMES -- It is good that the Internet retailer CD Wow is suing the Irish Recorded Music Association for defamation over claims that it is "engaged in illegal activity." The IMRO claims were at best spurious and resulted in a firestorm of objections from many Irish new media developers. My own letter of objection to IMRO went unanswered.
