Ryanair complaints Zeitgeist

GOOGLE -- The #1 term for January 2005 in the Google Zeitgeist for Ireland was "Ryanair" and I wonder if any part of that top billing can be credited to "Ryanair complaints". Both Fergus Cassidy and Mark Paul point to alternative Ryanair websites that sit in the crosshairs of solicitors defending the Ryanair brand name. Google for "Ryanair complaints" and you won't find much--no more than 26 pages at this writing. That doesn't mean there are few complaints. It does indicate the effectiveness of the legal eagles who watch the use of the Ryanair name online.

Mark Paul -- "Ryanair fights to shut down complaint websites" in The Sunday Times, February 13, 2005.
Like the one at www.ryanaircomplaints.oneuk.com/ where you can read another reason to buy flight insurance that covers snags encountered on holidays.
