IF BLOGS WORK the way they should, like-minded people will automagically discover each other. That has not happened for Cork Green Map. Those developers are not using newsfeeds as data mines. If they were, they would have known about collaborative partners in Ireland who are on the same paths as themseves. But wait! Some of those potential partners are attending Tech Camp Ireland today. Together they should be able to mount an initiative in time for the January 2006 funding call from Intelligent Energy Europe.
