IIA Seminar on Blogging

IIA Seminar on BloggingPERHAPS THE MOST remarkable thing visible at today's IIA seminar on blogging is the unrecognised presence of several senior citizens of the Irish internet industry. While it is unremarkable that some of the new generation fail to recognise those who have gone before, it is significant that members of the Old Guard opted to pay to hear a three-hour session on blogging. Besides some nicely designed carpets (see left), I also saw (1) an audience comprised nearly 50% women, (2) more open collars than suits, (3) a CD containing all the presentation notes.
