He sells plenty of newspapers and sweets but also attracts dozens of different people every day who are interested in calling another continent. You can connect by using phone cards he sells or by firing up an Internet browser and checking mail. At €3 an hour, it's the least expensive commercial Internet access point in Kilkenny.
