MEET SAM, THREE-TIME WINNER of the "Ugliest Dog". Sam's fleshy, thin, potato-chip ears, small patches of white hair on his head, blackheads, brown warts and moles make him hard to beat in the ugliest dog contest.
He has mismatched eyes--his right eye is reddish-purple from cataracts and his left eye is milky white. But he gets treated like royalty and has proven himself to be a faithful friend.
Susie Lockheed owns Sam, a pedigreed Chinese crested, and three-time champion of the Ugliest Dog Competition.
